P.A. DAY HOCKEY SHOT CAMP: (October 6, 2023) – 2013, 2014, 2015

  • We are happy to bring our P.A. day camps back!

    This P.A. day will be focused on shooting control, shooting power, and getting that top hand away from your body. We will have a number of nets on the ice so that each player will get plenty of repetitions throughout the ice times.

    LMcIntosh Hockey provides great on-ice and off-ice instruction while maintaining a fun environment. At our camps attention is given to all aspects of player development. We are determined to provide an excellent balanced program for all athletes. All instructors are past or present NCAA/CIS varsity university hockey players.

Age Groups: 2013, 2014, 2015 On ice sessions: (2 on ice sessions) shooting technique/breakdown + small area game play Off ice sessions: (2 off ice sessions per day) 1x body weight circuit + 1x small games
