Age Groups: 2011, 2012
On ice: 2 sessions per day (1 in the morning (SKILLS/GAME-PLAY), 1 (GAME-PLAY) in the afternoon)
Off ice sessions: (2 off ice sessions per day) conditioning workouts, team building exercises, skills sessions + small games with your team
Teams will be made once I see who is signed up! Athletes will get the opportunity to play with a number of different teammates!
