HOCKEY MOMS: VIRTUAL Skills Camp (Birth Years: 1950-1999) Week9

  • CALLING ALL HOCKEY MOMS:

    Want to chat hockey/ go over some skills and conditioning drills so that you can do the workouts with your hockey kids? If so, this is the program for you!

    CAMP INFORMATION:

    Dates: 8:00-9:00pm Monday, Monday June 22, Wednesday June 24 and Thursday June 25, 2020

    Birth years:1950-1999

    10 minutes introduction chat

    40 minutes of work; warm-up, skills and conditioning exercises. During this time, you will be able to go at your own pace, for those who want an intense workout, go for it, for those who would rather have a glass of wine and occasionally hop in, I am good with that too!

    10 minutes question and answer time with me

The virtual camps have been going great so far, please note: camps will now be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for one hour each day.

Once you sign up, I will accept e-transfer payment to my email (mcintosh.laura11@gmail.com) and I will send you the ZOOM invites for your camp times.

KITCHENER Mid-Summer Prep Camp

  • LMcIntosh Hockey provides great on-ice and off-ice instruction while maintaining a fun environment. At our camps attention is given to all aspects of player development. We are determined to provide an excellent balanced program for all athletes. All instructors are past or present NCAA/CIS varsity university hockey players.

Age Groups: Pre Novice-Peewee

On ice sessions: (2.5 hours per day) Skating (30-45 minutes per day), shooting (power, quick release), puck skills (skating with the puck, puck control, stick handling, protecting the puck), game play

Off ice sessions: Speed, agility and conditioning (morning), other sports and small games (afternoon)

This camp will focus on individual skills including: shooting, passing, stickhandling, and combination drills. We are determined to provide an excellent balanced program for all players while maintaining a fun atmosphere. All instructors are past and present NCAA/CIS varsity university hockey players.

  • Really excited to be hosting my 2nd Woodstock summer hockey camp for females. I have worked with a few teams in the area and I believe this camp will be a big success! Looking forward to meeting new athletes and families in the area.
