Join us over the Christmas break for a high-tempo skills session focused on shooting power, technique, and puck control. Athletes will work on generating more strength and accuracy in their shots while improving confidence handling the puck in tight spaces and under pressure. A great opportunity to sharpen skills, stay on the ice during the break, and return to the season feeling confident and ready to compete.
This program will be lead by Laura McIntosh!
