P.A. Day Hockey Shot 2.0

Service Description

This P.A. day will be a continued focus on shooting technique and shooting power. Different from our last P.A. Day camp, we will be introducing more stick handling and puck control techniques focusing on their top hand strength and control. LMcIntosh Hockey provides great on-ice and off-ice instruction while maintaining a fun environment. At our camps, attention is given to all aspects of player development. We are determined to provide an excellent balanced program for all athletes. All instructors are past or present NCAA/CIS varsity university hockey players. On-ice sessions: (2 on-ice sessions) shooting technique/breakdown + lots of repetitions. Off-ice sessions: (2 off ice sessions per day) 1x body weight circuit + 1x small games
